UFC Des Moines attendance, gate, and bonuses

May 4, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

UFC Fight Night traveled to Des Moines, Iowa on Saturday. The event drew a sellout crowd.

Per the promotion, the event drew a sellout of 15,627 for a gate of $2,476,690. It was the first time the UFC returned to the state in 25 years and the crowd came out.

The bonuses went to Cory Sandhagen who received $50K for his defeat of Deiveson Figueiredo in the main event of the evening. Sandhagen scored the victory after Figueiredo was forced to retire due to a knee injury.

Arguably, Reiner de Ridder had the biggest night of the evening handing the first loss of Bo Nickal’s career with a solid knee that stopped the former Penn State wrestler.

Quang Le earned a $50K bonus with a rear-naked choke submission of Gaston Bolanos.

Azamat Bekoev earned the final $50K bonus with a stoppage of Ryan Loder in the first round.
