WWE Smackdown (04.18) draws 1.74M

April 22, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Wrestlenomics reports that WWE Smackdown drew an average of 1.741 million viewers on the USA Network Friday night. The telecast was the go-home show heading into Saturday’s first day of Wrestlemania.

The telecast drew 0.55 in the A18-49 demo. It was the second-highest A18-49 Prime Time TV rating on Friday night to the NBA Playoffs per Programming Insider. Viewership overall and in the A18-49 demo was up for this telecast from the prior week as the crowd at the T-Mobile Arena were in a frenzy getting ready for the weekend.

The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal headlined the cast of talent that were not fortunate enough to make it to the two day show at Allegiant Stadium.

The ratings reflect the interest for the weekend’s event and if we are to believe WWE self-reporting, Wrestlemania was a financial boon for the company.
