NXT higher ratings on Wednesday night than AEW

NXT on the CW Network drew 619,000 viewers on the CW Network Wednesday night per Programming Insider. AEW Dynamite drew 523,000 viewers on TBS.

NXT moved to Wednesday night due to Election Night Coverage in America. The telecast featured a return to the ECW Arena in Philadelphia and paid homage to the old organization with cameos by some of the old promotion’s stars including Tony Mamaluke, Nunzio, Dawn Marie and Devon Dudley.

AEW Dynamite featured the debut of The Hurt Syndicate, formerly The Hurt Business in WWE. It also saw the return of Powerhouse Hobbs to the roster.

AEW Dynamite drew 0.19 in the A18-49 demo and was down slightly from last week. NXT drew 0.17 in the A18-49 demo.
