Record low for AEW Dynamite (06.19)

June 21, 2024 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

AEW Dynamite on TBS drew just 502,000 viewers on Wednesday per Wrestlenomics. It drew just 0.16 in the A18-49 demo.

The telecast set new record lows for a “non-preemption” episode in the overall ratings and the A18-49 demo.

AEW Dynamite started off the show with its biggest star, MJF as he faced Rush, in what one would think was a PPV-quality match. Still, the match drew just 586,000 viewers which was the highest quarter hour for the show. The end of the show was the lowest quarter hour with just 431,000 viewers. The overrun dropped to 423,000.

The ratings have to be a concern with a PPV coming up next week and all of the company’s top stars on the roster in action, in storylines leading up to the show.

Dana White is such a MAGA stooge. He runs around every podcast talking about how he’s “not political” and how Donald Trump is “just his friend,” all while asking that same friend to help him write off more gambling losses and throwing him a UFC fight in front of the White House

New: UFC President Dana White has sent a letter to President Donald Trump asking him to help reverse the 90 percent limit on gambling loss deductions for US taxpayers that became law last year.

The issue has been a concern for both bettors and the gambling industry itself.
