The Irish Times reported that the anticipated matchup between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano could take place this June at The Sphere in Las Vegas.
The report indicates Matchroom Boxing, Taylor’s promoter, is opening up talks with Serrano’s team for the fight this June. In April 2022, the two were the feature event at Madison Square Garden. Taylor earned the split decision in that matchup and the two are circling for another go soon.
Serrano was slated to fight in Puerto Rico last month as part of a Jake Paul card but that fight fell through at the last minute due to an eye injury. Taylor’s last fight was in November against Chantelle Cameron where she avenged a loss
