UFC 298 payouts

California is one of the few states that still disclose fighter payouts. Media present at UFC 298 event have had the chance to obtain those payouts and have disseminated the information to the public. Manouk Akopyan provided the information showing Alexander Volkanovski as the top purse disclosed by the California State Athletic Commission.

I obtained the guaranteed minimum purses and bonuses for #UFC298, as filed with the CSAC.

Alexander Volkanovski: $750,000
Ilia Topuria: $350,000

Gleaning from the payout sheet which the CSAC will disclose next week top earners include Henry Cejudo ($150,000 to show/$150,000 to win), Merab Dvailshilli ($105,000 to show/$105,000 to win), Robert Whittaker($100,000 to show/$200,000 to win), Paulo Costa($100,000 to show/$150,000 to win), Mackenzie Dern ($100,00 show/$100,000 to win) and Marcos Rogerio de Lima ($100,000 to show/$100,000 to win).
