Makhachev stopped Alexander Volkanovski in the very first round of the rematch from earlier this year. It was a head-kick that spelled the end of the night for the featherweight champ.
Also earning $50K bonuses was a first round finish by Ikram Aliskerov over Warlley Alves. Aliskerov used an impressive jumping knee switch followed by fists on the downed appointment to end the night for Alves.
Said Nurmogomedov started off the PPV portion of the card with a first round submission victory over Muin Gafurov. Also, Muhammad Mokaev was the only Performance Bonus winner to need 3 rounds to earn his $50K as he came from behind to defeat Tim Elliot via submission.
