UFC Fight Night 230 took place on Saturday night at The Apex in Las Vegas. Four fighters took home $50K bonuses for their performances.
The Fight of the Night went to Edson Barboza and Sodiq Yusuff. Barboza earned a unanimous decision over Yusuff despite losing the first round.
Michel Pereira’s debut at middleweight was an overwhelming success. The Brazilian was able to score a first-round TKO of Andre Petroski to score his $50K.
Jonathan Martinez won a $50K bonus for his TKO victory over Adrian Yanez. Martinez earned the bonus by focusing on leg kicks which ended the night for Yanez.
