Dana White announced on Friday that June’s UFC PPV event will be at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The last time the UFC went to Vancouver was in September 2019 as it hosted a Fight Night featuring Justin Gaethje and Donald Cerrone.
Although no main event has been announced for the June 10th PPV, it is anticipated that Amanda Nunes will defend her women’s bantamweight title against Juliana Pena. Also, Stephen Thompson and Michel Pereira have officially agreed to fight on the June 10th card.
The UFC is getting out on the road once again as its traveling across North America to familiar places. Rogers Arena was an annual stop for the UFC but that was put to a halt by the pandemic. With things returning to a level of normalcy, the UFC looks to take advantage of its popularity.
