WWE NXT drew 770,000 viewers on the USA Network on Tuesday night per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily. The first show of the rebranding of NXT featured a wedding.
The telecast was the 10th best show on Wednesday night in cable.
NXT drew 0.21 in the A18-49 demo, 0.13 in F18-49 and 0.29 in the A18-49 category. It also drew 0.12, 0.06 and 0.13 in the A18-34, F12-34 and M12-34 respectively. It drew 0.25 in the A25-54 and 0.41 in the over 50 demo.
Payout Perspective:
The rebranded show should be interesting to follow and see if it draws better ratings than the gold and black brand. The ‘2.0’ version will seemingly feature fresh talent in an effort to draw a younger demo.
