PBC on Fox Saturday draws 820K viewer average in Fast Nationals

March 1, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

PBC on Fox Saturday night drew ratings of 934,000 viewers in the second hour in fast nationals per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily.  The first hour drew 706,000 viewers.  The ratings do not reflect the overrun in the 10pm ET hour.

The main event featured Andre Dirrell as he took on Kyrone Davis in a 168-pound title eliminator.  The two battled to a split draw.

The prelims took place on FS1 and actually seeped into the network telecast.

Payout Perspective:

The strong second hour may infer that the overall ratings will take it over 800,000 viewers. In December, PBC on Fox was sub-800,000 which had to have been a disappointment.  Last month, it drew a 1.6M viewer average which was very strong. On Saturday, PBC on Fox was opposite Canelo Alvarez quick work on DAZN so this may have detracted from some live viewers.
