Smackdown averages 2M viewers Friday night

February 28, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

WWE Friday Night Smackdown drew over 2 million viewers this past Friday on Fox.  The telecast reflects a loss of 0.1 in the A18-49 demo to 0.5.

The first hour drew 2.090 million viewers with the second hour drawing 2.012 million viewers.  Among M18-49 it drew a 5 share in the first hour and a 4 share in hour 2.

ABC’s Shark Tank drew the highest rating of the night posting a 4.453 million viewers in the 8pm time slot.  20/20 on ABC drew 3.88 million viewers which actually bested CBS’ offering of Magnum P.I.  Thus, it was the first time in a while that ABC won the 8-10pm time slots on Friday night over CBS.

As for Smackdown, the ratings are above the 2 million viewer range after dipping below last week.
