PBC on Fox draws 1.3M viewers in fast nationals

January 31, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

PBC on Fox drew 1.316 million viewers in the first hour and 1.383 million viewers in the second hour per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily.  The event held up well against NBA basketball on ABC featuring the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers.

PBC on Fox featured Caleb Plant as he soundly defeated Caleb Truax in the main event of the evening.

The event drew 0.3 in the A18-49 demo and a 2 in the M18-49 for the first hour and a 3 share in the second hour.

Notably, the Lakers-Celtics game drew 1.6 million and 1.8 million viewers for the first two hours of the telecast opposite PBC on Fox.  The last time PBC on Fox went up against LeBron was this past August.  However, PBC ratings were pretty bad.

Payout Perspective:

A very good night for PBC ratings opposite a very good NBA game.  Although a regular season game, Lakers-Celtics is a traditional rivalry that usually grabs users.  Yet, the 1.3 million viewers in fast nationals is a good number for boxing.
