Top Rank Boxing (7.21) scores highest ratings of the summer

July 23, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Top Rank Boxing on Tuesday night scored its highest rating of the summer with 399,000 viewers on ESPN.  The number outdraws the initial return back in June which registered 397,000.

The peak topped at 433,000 viewers in the last quarter hour with the feature bout between Oscar Valdez as he stopped Jayson Velez.

Payout Perspective:

This rise in viewership may be attributed to just a night where there was nothing else on for viewers to grab a hold of but this is good news for Top Rank which had been middling in the mid-300Ks for viewership.  Next week will be tougher for the telecasts with baseball starting up and the NBA about the begin by the end of the month.
