UFC on ESPN +30 Prelims draw 509,000 viewers

July 21, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The UFC on ESPN+ 30 Prelims airing on ESPN this past Saturday drew 509,000 viewers according to Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily.  The event ranked 4th overall in cable ratings for Saturday

The prelims aired on Saturday night and drew a household rating of 0.33 and 209,000 viewers in the A18-49 demo.  It placed second in the M18-49 demo next to the PGA on the Golf Channel which was the top-ranked telecast on cable on Saturday.

Payout Perspective:

The ratings have to be considered pretty good when you factor in that the prelims card did not have any known names and the main card appeared on the digital platform.  It was the lowest-rated of all prelims thus far since the UFC returned from the COVID-19 stoppage.
