The third of 3 UFC events taking place in the past 8 days on Saturday night with the UFC on ESPN 8 event at the VyStar Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.
In the main event, Alistair Overeem stopped Walt Harris in the second round of their 5 round heavyweight fight. The bonus winners went to Cortney Casey, Miguel Baeza, Song Yadong and Marlon Vera. Each received $50,000 for their work. Casey earned her $50K with an armbar victory over Mara Romero Borella. Baeza stopped Matt Brown with a second-round TKO.
Song Yadong and Marlon Vera earned Fight of the Night Honors for their back and forth fight which Yadong pulled off the narrow victory.
