As of Friday, the “get in” price is $62. The highest price to get in is $1,643 while the median price is $123.
In comparison, the minimum ticket price for December’s UFC 207 was $152 with the median ticket price at $525. 207 featured the return of Ronda Rousey.

Payout Perspective:
These numbers were taken before the news that Khabib Nurmagomedov was hospitalized on Friday morning and his fight with Tony Ferguson is in jeopardy. Obviously, the return of Ronda Rousey drove ticket prices for 207 while this weekend’s fights aren’t carrying as much buzz.

I think perhaps the UFC needs to move away from Vegas unless they can sell the house out…in comparison, Canelo vs Chavez has already sold out ALL tickets.

Canelo vs Chavez may have sold the house out, but what is their ppv going to look like? Maybe 400k buys? CM Punk did those numbers on an undercard. Vegas ppv buy rates are normally higher. Add that to the fact that there are no income taxes in Nevada, logistically it is easy for the UFC to work in Vegas, etc and there is no reason why they should move away from that.
FF, if you want to discuss tickets being in the gutter, all one would have to do is look at nearly everything related to boxing over the past nearly 2 years.

Exactly, because when WME purchased the UFC at an estimated 4b, their be all end all was Thompson-Woodley. It wasn’t some long term plan. Haha.
