How can Live +3 Peak be higher than Live Peak?

I understand Live. I understand Live Peak. And I understand Live +3.

Can you explain what Live +3 Peak is?

Live +3 is the average with dvr. Live +3 peak is the moment with the highest rating with Dvr not just average.

Still weird knowing people set it to DVR the event at different moment the ought the show or actually stop watching it at some point for the peak to not match the average.
