TUF 18 ep 10: 583,000 viewers

November 8, 2013 by Jason Cruz 3 Comments

MMA Payout has learned from industry sources that the Wednesday’s TUF episode 10 received an average viewership of 583,000.  The viewership was up from last week’s episode.

TUF 18 Episodes

Episode 1: 762,000 viewers

Episode 2: 870,000 viewers

Episode 3: 639,000 viewers

Episode 4: 778,000 viewers

Episode 5:  640,000 viewers

Episode 6:  725,000 viewers

Episode 7:  672,000 viewers

Episode 8:  476,000 viewers

Episode 9:  452,000 viewers

Episode 10: 583,000 viewers

Payout Perspective:

There was a slight overrun from UFC Fight Night 31 but for those DVR watchers you still got to see the first round submission by Chris Holdworth of Michael Wooten.  The ratings show a slight drop off from the UFC Fight Night audience which is disappointing considering the lead-in.  According to Television By Numbers, America Horror Story on FX (ironically) topped cable ratings for Wednesday receiving 3.79 million viewers in the 10:00pm slot (opposite TUF).

The UFC has been flopping as of late and TUF 18 is a great example. I hope TUF 19 will help get them back on track. Just my worthless opinion.

3.8M for American Horror Story? Is that show good or something?
