Bellator 80: 148,000 viewers

November 13, 2012 by Jason Cruz 2 Comments

MMA Junkie reports that Bellator 80 ratings dipped this past Friday to an average of 148,000 viewers.  The ratings reflect a 72,000 viewer drop from its season high last week.

Bellator 79 scored a high for season 7 with 220,000 viewers.  Bellator 80 featured Joe Warren as he defeated Owen Evinger.

Bellator 74: 190,000 viewers

Bellator 75: 145,000

Bellator 76: 175,000

Bellator 77: 149,000

Bellator 78: 154,000

Bellator 79:  220,000

Bellator 80:  148,000

Payout Perspective:

The dramatic decrease in ratings from last week to this week is indicative of Bellator programming during its stint on MTV2. While both Bellator and TUF received higher than usual ratings last week, Bellator suffered the bigger dip this week.

Very disappointing decline, but at least they’ll be on a much better platform soon.
