I had the opportunity to catch Liz Carmouche after a training session as she prepares for her fight with Kana Watanabe. She talked about her training for the fight and Pride month.

Ahead of her showdown with Liz Carmouche, I was able to interview Kana Watanabe as she prepares for her fight this Friday in Connecticut. She discussed the short turnaround after her last fight in April, training and how she is preparing for Carmouche.

MPO had the opportunity to speak with Bellator’s Tywan Claxton. He spoke about training with Justin Gaethje, dealing with his last fight (a split decision loss), turning down a coding job to fight and his love for the Cleveland Browns.
