Promoter set to sue Zuffa Boxing

February 26, 2026 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The London Telegraph reports that Frank Warren’s Queensberry Boxing is prepared to sue Zuffa Boxing and Turki Alalshikh’s Sela sports events company.

Warren has sent “letters before action” to Sela and TKO Group Holdings alleging breach of contract. Warren is seeking up to $1B (US) dollars in lost income after Sela and TKO formed Zuffa Boxing.

Queensbury claims that Sela and Zuffa Boxing have breached contracts with it. Queensberry claims it signed a contract with TKO for access to its online data including contracts with Sela. It also has an exclusive deal with Sela as an advisor to them for entering into the sport of boxing.

Sela has referred multiple outlets to the following statement it gave the Telegraph: “We are disappointed by the unfounded claims brought by Queensberry and Frank Warren. We reject them in their entirety and are confident that the facts will fully vindicate our position.” TKO did not offer any comment.
