Benn made waves when he signed a one-fight, $15 million deal with Zuffa Boxing. He left long-time promoter Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing to be a part of Dana White’s new promotion.

The fight is the first announced in 2025 that Zuffa Boxing will hold outside of The Meta Apex in Las Vegas.

Netflix will live stream the event worldwide. The company is starting to bolster its “one-off” fight cards this year. It announced the rematch this September for Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather and this May it will air the Ronda Rousey-Gina Carano MMA fight.
