WWE Smackdown draws 1.03M viewers

October 8, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

WWE Friday Night’s Smackdown draws 1.03M viewers which is almost a 20 percent decrease from the previous week. The ratings are under Nielsen’s new “Big Data + Panel” measurement model which replaces the traditional panel-only approach. This includes the digital and streaming data which has led to lower reported pro wrestling broadcasts.

The ratings reflect the lowest audience since it return to the USA Network. It drew a 0.23 rating in the A18-49 demo which was good enough for 4th overall. But, it was the lowest in the category since moving to the USA Network.

The ratings reflect another decrease in ratings for WWE programming as RAW has seen its viewership decrease over the weeks on Netflix.

Payout Perspective:

The new measurement may impact viewership numbers in the negative as we are seeing. The lower ratings could also be attributed to fall programming. The WNBA Finals on ESPN this past Friday had a big viewership number and Raw has battle one and sometimes two Monday Night Football games.
