In all of the information Mark Shapiro informed investors at the JP Morgan conference earlier this week, one of the notable things he brought up was a forthcoming economic impact study that stated it brought $320M to Las Vegas for this year’s Wrestlemania.
The economic impact study tends to be commissioned by WWE. And while we do not know if it is this year, its a strong bet that TKO commissioned the study. If we are to believe the numbers, it would mean a massive increase from last year’s Wrestlemania.

In comparison, Wrestlemania 38 in the Dallas/Arlington area brought in $205 million to the area. Wrestlemania 39 brought in $215 million to the Los Angeles area when the company held the event at the SoFi Arena in Inglewood, California. In Philadelphia, Wrestlemania 40 drew a similar $215 million to the area.
Thus, Wrestlemania 41’s $320 million in economic impact is an astronomical boost from the previous three years. The allure of Las Vegas likely helped with fans traveling to the area despite the reports that tickets were still available the day of the events. Notably, there are rumors that the WWE may return with another Wrestlemania sooner than later. In my opinion, Vegas has its built in enticements to head to the desert.
