TKO reports Q4 2024 earnings

February 27, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

TKO reported its 4th quarter earnings for 2024 and beat analyst expectations yet again. Overall, the owners of the WWE and UFC reported total revenue for Q4 of $642.2 million and adjusted earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization of $238.1 million.

But the UFC legal settlement in the Cung Le, et al. lawsuit caused net income for the full year sink to $6.4 million, down from $175.7 million in 2023, as the full cost of the settlement was taken as a 2024 charge.

Both the WWE and UFC experienced great growth in ticket sales and sponsorships. Notably, WWE started to utilize more of its ring mat for advertising space. The UFC forged a deal with IBM as it became its first Artificial Intelligence Partner.

2025 may be even bigger for the UFC having just renewed its deal with Monster Energy which it claimed the biggest sponsorship deal in the history of the company. The deal was stated to be in the 9 figure range.

For the year, the total 2024 UFC revenue was $1.406 billion an increase from $1.292 billion in 2023. The adjusted EBITDA was $801 million compared to $755 million in 2023.

UFC live events went up in Q4 from $52 million in 2023 to $64 million in 2024. For the year, it went up from $167 million to $220 million. Sponsorship for Q4 went up from $67 million from $8 million in 2023. For the year, it was up to $251 million to $196 million in 2023.

WWE revenue is based on when its official acquisition went through in September 2024.

Yes, the Pulitzer-winning journalist is the source we should ignore, not the people who continue to want access to the LA sports team they cover. This was a dumb thing to think and an even dumber thing to tweet.
