NXT on Tuesday night drew the highest ratings in nearly 5 years. Variety reports The Rock appearance aided the program on the CW draw 957,000 viewers.
The telecast, per Nielsen, drew 341,000 viewers in the A18-49 demo.
The event took place at The Shrine Auditorium in LA one day removed from the company’s big debut on Netflix which took place at the Intuit Dome.
The telecast saw Giulia win the NXT women’s championship and The Rock close out the telecast with a promo.
The telecast will be replayed on Saturday night opposite AEW Collision.
