The Legal Submission 92 takes a look at the trial court in the Orange County Superior Court overturning a jury verdict in favor of Paradigm Sports Management in its lawsuit against Manny Pacquiao.
Pacquiao’s attorneys argued that due to the fact that Paradigm did not hold a valid boxing manager’s license in the state of California and as a result, the contract was illegal and not valid.
