UFC 302 attendance, gate and bonuses

UFC 302 took place on Saturday night at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Once again, the event drew a sellout and a large gate.

The announced attendance was 17,834 for a gate of $7,255,040. According to TKO Group it was the highest grossing event in the venue’s history.

The Performance Bonuses went to Kevin Holland, Islam Makachev and Dustin Poirier. Holland earned his $50K bonus for his armbar submission over Michal Oleksiejczuk. Makachev doubled up on bonuses as he received one for his d’arce choke submission over Poirier and a Fight of the Night bonus.
