The Ninth Circuit denied Zuffa’s permission for an interlocutory appeal of Judge Richard Boulware’s decision to grant class certification. The lawsuit goes to trial April 8th.

May not be related but brings to mind, WWE submitted a letter in March opposing a CT House bill that would repeal the state's film & TV tax credit program, which WWE (and many others like ESPN and NBCU) benefit from each year. WWE got $15M from the program last year.
