The Legal Submission 67 takes a look at the ongoing fight over clients in the UFC Antitrust Lawsuit. I look at the legal filings that may lead up to a head on October 31st.

The Sparacino law firm filed a Motion for Relief from the Court to allow it to solicit potential clients in the class of plaintiffs allowed to proceed against the UFC. However, Class Counsel want to make it known that the Sparacino law firm knowingly contacted represented clients of Class Counsel (an ethical violation) and has misrepresented the case in marketing materials seeking to retain clients in this lawsuit.
