The much hyped fight between Terence Crawford and Errol Spence, Jr. this past Saturday drew 650,000 domestic PPV buys and may grow to as much as 675,000 buys per Dan Rafael.
The telecast aired on PPV cost $84.99. Roughly, the domestic PPV grossed over $55 million.
The PPV fight between the two best fighters at 147 did not reach the 1.2 million reported buys garnered by Tank Davis and Ryan Garcia but the 650K buys reflects the fact that it was an event that people wanted to see.
The numbers are impressive considering it went up against a strong UFC PPV card at the same time.
