UFC 291 set attendance and gate records this past Saturday night for its latest event at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City.
According to the Sports Business Journal, the event drew 18,467 fans for a gate of $6,556,443.97.
The event featured a battle for the BMF title with Justin Gaethje defeating Dustin Poirier.
Both sides are in talks about another event next year in hopes of making Salt Lake City a perennial summer stop for the UFC.
