UFC 291 Prelims on ABC and ESPN combine for almost 2M viewer average

The UFC 291 Prelims drew 1.121 million viewers on ABC Saturday night and 837,000 viewers on ESPN as the two networks combined to draw almost a 2 million viewers average for the event in Salt Lake City.

The Prelims featured Gabriel Bonfim as he submitted Trevor Giles via guillotine in the first round of their matchup. The ABC telecast drew a household rating of 0. 7 and 0.34 in the 18-49 demo. The ESPN telecast drew a household rating of 0.4 and 0.34 in the 18-49 demo.

The Early Prelims on ESPN drew 533,000 viewers for the one hour. It drew a household rating of 0.34 and 0.24 in the 18-34 demo.
