UFC on ESPN 32 bonuses

January 16, 2022 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The UFC returned to the Octagon for the first time in 2022 at The Apex in Las Vegas.  The $50K bonuses were handed out and the main event did not disappoint as it became the Fight of the Night.

The Performance Bonuses went to Jake Collier who submitted Chase Sherman in the first round of their fight.  It was Collier’s second Performance Bonus of his UFC career.

The second Performance Bonus went to Viacheslav Borshchev who stopped Dakota Bush with a first-round stoppage in his debut with the promotion.  He also showed off his dance skills with a little breakdance.

The Fight of the Night went to Calvin Kattar and Giga Chikadze.  It was an action-packed 25 minutes with both Featherweights trading strikes for all 5 rounds.  But, it was the underdog, Kattar that pulled ahead in rounds and won the bout via unanimous decision.
