Top Rank forges deal with Caesars Sports Book

December 16, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The Sports Business Journal reports that Top Rank Boxing signed Caesars Sports Book to be the official sports betting partner for this past Saturday’s Lomachenko-Comney fight which likely means a future relationship is in the picture.

If you saw the event at MSG on Saturday, you saw Caesars branding, activation areas and betting odds integrations in the arena as well as graphics on the ESPN broadcast and social media.

The news highlights a run of ads and marketing done by Caesars in what is becoming a crowded sports betting market.  Caesars is partners with the NBA, NFL,NHL, CBS Sports and ESPN.

It would seem that boxing would be a natural space in which sports betting would have a niche.  The UFC already utilizes DraftKings as its official sports book and daily fantasy partner in the US and Canada.
