Triller announces music acts to Paul-Askren PPV

March 17, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The Jake Paul-Ben Askren fight will take place on April 17th in Atlanta according to Triller Fight Club which is the entertainment platform arm of Triller.  In addition, the company announced music groups including Justin Bieber, The Black Keys, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Too-Short and E-40 for the event which will be on PPV.

Per the announcement, “Emmy Award-Winning Filmmaker Bert Marcus Directing and Producing the Event” will “lead and direct the creative storytelling for the Triller Fight Club event.”

Payout Perspective:

The 4-hour PPV will feature boxing and entertainment which is the footprint which Triller forged in its first event last year with the Roy Jones, Jr.-Mike Tyson exhibition.  The boxing bouts will feature better competition as Regis Prograis will be on the card fighting Ivan Redkach.  Triller is making a run at being a player in the boxing promotion market.  With entertainment co-mingling with boxing, it provides a night of entertainment for fight fans as well as music fans.
