PFL announces heavyweight and women’s lightweight divisions

February 9, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The Professional Fighters League announced its rosters for its Heavyweight and Women’s Lightweight divisions.  The biggest name from the group is two-time PFL champ Kayla Harrison as she returns to attempt to go back-to-back in her division.

The men’s heavyweight division will include former Strikeforce and UFC fighter Fabricio Werdum.  Also of note is Mohammed Usman, the brother of UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.  2019 PFL Champ Ali Isaev returns to defend his title in the division.

Harrison tops the list of competitors in her division.  Also in her division is Larissa Pacheco who she defeated in the 2019 PFL final.

Eyes will be on Harrison to see if anyone in her division could come close to giving her a challenge.

The men’s division should be competitive and the likes of Werdum, Usman, former UFC vet Justin Willis should challenge Isaev for the right to the division.
