Bellator MMA announced that it has launched an exclusive channel on Pluto TV. The free, live streaming TV service owned by Viacom will offer around the clock Bellator programming.
Via Bellator MMA press release:
The Bellator MMA channel on Pluto TV will debut with more than 500 fights from Bellator’s vast collection of past events. Fans will see historic bouts featuring current world champions Ryan Bader, Douglas Lima, Patricio “Pitbull” and Ilima-Lei Macfarlane, as well as other iconic names and top talent in the sport, including Fedor Emelianenko, Michael Chandler, Gegard Mousasi, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, A.J. McKee, Benson Henderson, Jake Hager, Michael “Venom” Page and Chael Sonnen.

Payout Perspective:
The channel should help gain visibility for the promotion as Scott Coker noted in the press release. In the event that its deal with DAZN is not picked up in the coming year, Pluto TV will be an option for Bellator to promote its product and hopefully build out its content to offer more original content and shoulder programming to promote its big events. This deal will aid in eliminating any obstacles for many to see its content.
