UFC Fight Night (Fight Island 3) this past Saturday was tops on cable as the main card drew 908,000 viewers and scored demo victories in M18-49 and adults 25-54. The Prelims did well too drawing 483,000 viewers.
The main card drew 458,000 in the male 18-49 demo and a household rating of 0.60. The prelims drew 199,000 viewers in the A18-49 demo and a household rating of 0.32.
The card featured Robert Whittaker as he took on Darren Till with the former middleweight champion taking the decision.
Payout Perspective:
Another top rating for the UFC on ESPN which shows that audiences are familiarizing itself with the product. It is also taking advantage of the time other sports have had away to build an audience. This weekend major league baseball returned but the UFC was still tops in the young male market and overall adult demographic.
