AEW Dynamite on TNT regained the ratings advantage on Wednesday night netting 731,000 viewers per Nielsen according to ShowBuzz Daily.  NXT on USA drew 665,000 viewers.

It was the first win for AEW in a couple weeks.  It drew a 0.25 in the A18-49 demo and 0.31. in the M18-49 demo.  It drew 0.29 in the A25-54 demo and 0.30 in the over 50 category.

NXT on USA drew 0.18 in the A18-49 demo and 0.22 in the M18-49 category.  It drew 0.21 in the A25-54 demo and a 0.34 in the over 50 category.

Payout Perspective:

Both programs hit the top 50 in cable on Wednesday with NXT just getting in at 50 while AEW came in at 25.  This past week’s ratings show a strong turnaround for AEW which had been lagging due to taped episodes.  It does look like they will be back with live episodes in May.  WWE’s product, NXT has been filming live content as it is currently holding events at the Performance Center in Florida.
