Baby Slice ready for return to cage

March 13, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Kevin Ferguson, Jr, aka “Baby Slice” does not recall care what you call him.  He noted that he goes by about 10 different nicknames.  Baby Slice takes on

Slice is 3-2 with one no-contest.  His last fight against Craig Campbell was declared a no-contest after Ferguson initially won via KO.  The Mohegan Tribe Department of Athletic Regulation determined that his strikes to Campbell were a foul under the unified rules of MMA. Prior to that, he was upset by Corey Browning.  Ferguson did not want to appeal the ruling and respects the call of the commission.

Ferguson noted that training at The Body Shop in Miami, Florida has been great.  The son of the late Kimbo Slice looks to improve his record Friday against Kaheem Murray in a 160-pound catchweight matchup.  Murray is making his Bellator debut and is 3-3 as a pro. In preparation for the fight, Ferguson is focusing on himself and training for everything and prepared for anything.

Despite being the son of Kimbo, “Baby Slice” said he doesn’t feel any pressure carrying on the family name.  “I’m built for this,” explained the 27-year-old.  The eldest son of the famed streetfighter, Ferguson said that he differs from his father’s fighting style as he’s much more into ground and pound than standing and beating people up. He noted that he likes to fight although he will listen to what Bellator has to say with matchmaking.  With that being said, he admitted that he would like 4 times a year.  He notes that he does not have any “downtime” after fights.  “I’m always in the gym training,” professes Ferguson.

Ferguson faces Murray at Bellator 241 on DAZN.

Dana White is such a MAGA stooge. He runs around every podcast talking about how he’s “not political” and how Donald Trump is “just his friend,” all while asking that same friend to help him write off more gambling losses and throwing him a UFC fight in front of the White House

New: UFC President Dana White has sent a letter to President Donald Trump asking him to help reverse the 90 percent limit on gambling loss deductions for US taxpayers that became law last year.

The issue has been a concern for both bettors and the gambling industry itself.
