PBC on Fox draws 1.3M viewer average in fast nationals

March 9, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

PBC on Fox Saturday night drew an average of almost 1.3 million viewers Saturday night in fast nationals per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily. The ratings do not include the overrun which featured the main event.

PBC on Fox took place at the Barclays Center in New York featuring heavyweights Adam Kownacki and Robert Helenius.  In an upset Helenius KO’d Kownacki in the fourth round.

Notably, that fight did not start until 10:15pm ET which is past the ratings which were reported on Sunday.

In the first hour PBC on Fox drew 1.313M viewers with a 0.3 in the A18-49 demo and a 3 share in the M18-49 demo.  In the second hour, viewership tailed off with 1.285 M viewers with a 0.3 share in the A18-49 demo and a 2 share in the M18-49.

Payout Perspective:

This time last year, PBC on Fox averaged 1.34M viewers, almost the identical rating as this past weekend.  I’m not sure if that’s a win since the 1.3 was a few thousand less than last year does not show year to year progression.  But, with a stacked night and once again on a night where there was a UFC PPV, the viewership remains steady.
