PBC on Fox scores big with male 18-49 demo Saturday night

February 16, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

PBC on Fox drew a two-hour average of 1.39 million viewers on Saturday night. It had the highest-rated demo among men 18-49 across all networks for Saturday with a 3 share.

It drew 1.464 million viewers in the first hour and 1.319 million in the second hour per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily.

The event featured Caleb Plant as he took on Vincent Feigenbutz to retain his IBF super middleweight title in his hometown of Nashville.

Last February, PBC on Fox drew 1.26M viewers opposite NBA All-Star Saturday night.  Once again, PBC on Fox went up against NBA All-Star Saturday night on TNT as well as a UFC event on ESPN+.  There was also an NHL game on NBC which average about 1 million viewers for its 3 hours on NBC.

Payout Perspective:

Good ratings for the Fast Nationals of PBC on Fox.  One might infer that the ratings should go up as the main event did not go on until around 10:30pm ET.  Most pleasing for PBC and Fox is that they drew the strongest male 18-49 rating.
