AEW drops more viewers this week, same with NXT

February 1, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

AEW Dynamite on TNT drew more viewers than NXT on USA but lost viewers this week with 828,000 viewers losing over 40,000 from last week.  NXT drew 712,000 viewers.

AEW Dynamite did well in the A18-49 demo drawing 0.34 and 0.47 in males 18-49.  It drew 0.36 in the adult 25-54 and 0.32 in the over 50 categories.  It did rank third overall in cable ratings for Wednesday.  NXT on USA was 37th overall with a 0.22 in the A18-49 demo.  It also had 0.28 in the M18-49 demo.  It drew 0.26 in the adult 25-54 demo and a 0.36 in the over 50 categories.

Payout Perspective:

The ratings for AEW this week are down from last week and show a continuing decrease in ratings.  As for NXT, it is also off just one week as it drew 769,000 viewers last week and 700,000 two weeks ago.  Consistency still is something that both telecasts are hoping for as we head into February.
