SmackDown sees an increase in ratings on Fox

January 13, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

WWE’s Friday Night SmackDown on Fox saw an uptick in ratings with a 2.5 million viewers average helped by a big first hour of the two hour telecast.  The show also increased its A18-49 demo to 0.8 and a 4 share.

SmackDown shared its 0.8 rating with CBS’ Hawaii Five-O.  The show drew 7.6 million viewers.

For its first hour, SmackDown drew 2.679 million viewers in the first hour and 2.326 million in the second hour.

Payout Perspective:

The ratings increase is a positive sign for the SmackDown.  Will it start to inch forward as we start to get closer to Wrestlemania season.  We will see.
