For the first time ever in the head-to-head wrestling wars, we have a tie. NXT on the USA Network and AEW Dynamite on TNT both drew 787,000 overall viewers at the same time.
The viewership for both telecasts were down from last week. AEW did edge out NXT in the younger demos scoring 0.28 in the adult 18-49 demo. NXT drew 0.24 in the same demo. It also held an advantage in the males in the 18-49 age group holding a 0.40 versus 0.34 advantage.

Payout Perspective:
A disappointing week for both telecasts in that the ratings retracted from the previous week’s gains. Still, we are seeing an equal amount of people tuning in to both telecasts with the younger demo gravitating toward AEW while the older set going with WWE’s NXT.
