Tops that fight is gonna be huge.

So huge that no one will pay a dollar for it in the US. Hahaha.

Boxing Trolls are hilarious. Nobody even wants to see that fight, nobody cares. Boxing is dead. It was on life support for the longest time and the MayPac disaster may have been a PPV hit, but it was the final nail in its mouldy coffin. Boxing will never have a 1m+ PPV again. Move on.
Fight Fan says
Doesn’t have to be, it’ll be on showtime.
Cutch says
You have to pay for showtime genius, UFC London has nearly sold out without a main event. Eddie Hearn has been knowing to work with Stub Hub and said so in his IFL interview, touts by large quantities of tickets and then sometimes sell it at 3 times the price, essentially screwing the real fans.
Go on tout sites they are selling large blocks of seats, this needs to be stamped out be it Boxing. MMA, Concerts or whatever else, the companies are happy as they have a sell out but it is screwing over the fans.

90,000 fans in Wembley Stadium….Ive seen them get to 80K with Froch…but that is truly amazing. The British are credited with being the inventors of modern pugilism under Marquis of Queensbury rules and they are owning it these days….thats definitely one of their main sports, especially for bigger men. I cannot wait until they release the fight purses for those two…with that kind of gate and viewership for certain I am betting neither man makes below 20m.
Word is Joshua may be on his way to being the first billionaire boxer…that is of course if Mayweather doesnt get there first
d says
FF, yeah, and Showtime might pay 1-2m for the fight in right’s fees. That’s pathetic for some major fight. The UFC generates more revenue with their routine FOX fights.
d says
Wil against with these delusions. 20m each? Where are they going to get anywhere near 40m from? This will not be on US ppv. Skytv ppv costs around $20-$25 at most and they won’t get 1m buys almost for certain despite the bs propaganda. The only other revenue for the fight is Klitschko’s german tv deal, some international tv, and the gate, which combined for everything won’t even arrive at something like 40m. That’s also before we even discuss overhead costs.
“Word is Joshua may be on his way to being the first billionaire boxer…that is of course if Mayweather doesnt get there first”
HAHAHAHA!! Where do you pull these crazy numbers from? Joshua makes a few million per fight. Kind of tough to get to a billion. Also, Mayweather doesn’t fight anymore and probably hasn’t even broken 600m in career earnings.
