Brock Lesnar made a reported $2.5 million purse for UFC 200 according to Yahoo! Sports’ Kevin Iole. It’s the biggest payout for a UFC fighter next to Conor McGregor.

Payout Perspective:
Certainly we’ll have the other payouts released by the commission later this week. Lesnar probably made more than $2.5M since he should be receiving a PPV cut. It’s notable that Cormier was to make $1 million for his Jones fight but made $500,000 against Silva. More reason for DC to be mad at Jones. DC may make up the money in his PPV upside but still would have made more against Jones. Hunt likely makes the most of his career for stepping in against Brock. Nunes will likely get champion pay and Tate will return to her regular pay scale.
Really low money for the ” biggest” event in ufc history.. and somebody who retired for 5 years got the money lol….pathetic…
Purse seems reasonable and correlates properly with how many bums in the seats that each fighter is responsible for.
This only list DISCLOSED purses and not the PPV upside. I’m pretty sure Brock get between $2 – $5 per PPV buy. If this card did 2M PPV buys, Brock get $4M PLUS his $2.5M Purse so $6.5M for one nights work.
Brock likely gets closer to $5 per PPV buy so he likely made over $10M for this fight.

actually it doesnt look like low pay to me, all of the stars made 6 figures with one making over 7. I would say thats on par with a big boxing ppv card….the main events would have made more, but the supporting fights’ 6 figure purses sound well in the boxing range. If this is the best ufc card ever, it shows in what the fighters were paid.
It would be interesting to see how many people got a share of the PPV buys. Jones and Cormier would have for sure, but I’m not sure if that’s the case after Jones pulled out. Other than them it makes sense for Brock to share in the buys, but I’m not sure about anyone else.
In other news, Eddie Alvarez and RDA fought for the 155 lb title and got a pittance in reported pay.
Would Cain share in the buys as a former champion? I’m assuming he shared in them in some of his previous fights, but I’m not sure if that’s a fight-by-fight thing.
Still trying to figure out why they would think Mark Hunt is ever worth $700K…. and DC didnt get screwed once he got screwed twice if Anderson made more than him…No wonder he laid around on the guy….
