The second episode of TUF 23 on FS1 drew 387,000 viewers Wednesday night according to Sports TV Ratings. It is a drop of approximately 20% from its debut.
TUF drew 228,000 viewers in the adult 18-49 demo.
In the second episode of the season, Khalil Rountree faced Syndicate MMA teammate Cory Hendricks. Hendricks submitted Rountree in the first fight in the house.
We also saw the friction between coaches Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Claudia Gadelha.
Payout Perspective:
Not the best ratings start to a season. The 387,000 viewers is the lowest episode 2 on FS1 thus far. The NBA and NHL playoffs. The Charlotte-Miami and Houston-Golden State games on TNT were the two top-rated sports events on cable

Seems about right, only the most die hard of fans will be watching now. The types who live in mamas basement eating hot pockets and fully decked out in hipster wardrobes, complete with the hipster beard. This show is done, stick a fork in it…..you have to be a true lover of girlish drama to be into reality tv…..

And yet, boxing couldn’t produce reality shows beyond a few seasons.

Don’t forget De La Hoya’s “The Next Great Champ” – a bigger flop than “The Contender”.
Fight Fan says
Boxing fans don’t care about reality shows and drama queens like the ultimate fighter has lol. Let me know when ufc has a show on the same level as 24/7.
d says
Hahaha. Yeah, 24/7 is really impressive. Delusions. Anytime you have Jim Lampley analyzing anything, your production is a joke.

FightFan, absolutely right, I dont dig reality tv no matter what the subject is. That crap is for the absolute brainless of the millennial generation.
